Disable your splash window when your computer boots up.
Step 1: Go to your "start menu" open "run" type "msconfig" in "run,
Step 2: Now a new window will open named "system configuration utility" click its "BOOT.INI" tab you will see Boot option like /SAFE BOOT, /NOGUIBOOT,/BOOTLOG,/BASEVIDEO,/SOS.
Step 3: You have just select " /NOGUIBOOT " then hit apply button and restart your computer.
